Explain free space propagation model. If transmitter power 1W carrier frequency is 2.4GHz and receiver is at distance 2 km. Assume that transmitter and receiver antennas gains are 1.6. Express the transmit power in dBm and dBW and find path loss in dB. [10]

When digital data need to be converted into analog signal? How MSK and GMSK converts digital data into analog signals? Demonstrate with example. [10]
